THE CONTRACT
RULES WITHOUT FINE PRINT.
BidBack is deliberately simple. These are the mechanics the server enforces.
01
Who can list
Public HTTPS products, Pump.fun coins, GitHub repositories, and X profiles. Chat invites and shorteners are blocked automatically. Reported malware, adult or illegal content, and impersonation can be reversibly hidden with a logged moderation reason.
02
What rank means
Rank is purchased exposure, not an endorsement. Listings are ordered by cumulative verified USDC paid, highest first.
03
Minimums
A new listing starts at $5.00. Raising an existing listing requires at least $1.00. Taking #1 requires a target at least $5.00 above the current leader.
04
What you pay
You pay only the difference between the listing's current verified total and its new target total. All amounts use integer cents.
05
Ties
When totals are equal, the listing that reached the total first stays ahead.
06
Finality
A verified onchain payment is final and non-refundable. A moderated listing can be hidden, but its receipt remains in the audit record.
